When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and optionally a profile picture. If you sign up as a venue/company, we also collect your venue name and business details.

2.2 Profile Information

You may provide additional information such as your bio, sports preferences, and skill levels. This information helps us match you with suitable games and players.

2.3 Location Data

With your permission, we collect your device's location to show nearby venues and matches. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed through MercadoPago. We do not store your credit card or bank account details directly. MercadoPago handles payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

2.5 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, match participation, and device information (browser type, operating system).

Supabase — authentication and database hosting
MercadoPago — payment processing
Vercel — hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring
Google — OAuth sign-in (optional)

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information in the following cases:

With other users as part of the match and social features (display name, skill level, avatar)
With venue operators when you book a match at their facility

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page, which will permanently remove your personal data from our systems. Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.
